A revenue-critical monolith was buckling under traffic spikes, cloud bills were climbing without explanation, and on-call rotations had become a permanent fire drill.

  • Eliminate single-points-of-failure under production load.

What we built.

We carved the monolith into well-bounded services on AWS, codified everything in Terraform, and installed observability and cost guardrails before we cut over a single workload.

  • 03Full Terraform IaC; every environment reproducible from main.
