One codebase across iOS, Android, and web. 60% faster releases.

/ The Brief

The problem.

Three siloed teams shipping a banking experience on iOS, Android, and web — drifting features, duplicate bugs, and a release cadence measured in months.

Goals
  • Unify product surfaces under a single engineering team.
  • Cut time-to-release without sacrificing platform-native feel.
  • Meet banking-grade security, accessibility, and audit requirements.

/ Our Approach

What we built.

We rebuilt the client and server on a shared React Native + web codebase, with a modular design system and a federated services layer on AWS. Native modules were used only where the platform genuinely required them.

  • 01Shared design system and component library across iOS, Android, and web.
  • 02Type-safe RPC layer between mobile/web clients and backend services.
  • 03Continuous delivery pipeline with phased rollout and instant rollback.
  • 04End-to-end encryption, biometric auth, and SOC 2-aligned controls.

/ The Result

Outcomes that shipped.

Three release trains collapsed into one. Engineering moved from quarterly platform releases to weekly cross-platform drops, with defect rates dropping in parallel.
